OZ my homeland 

From Lichfield to Litchfield.

Ten years and ten days since first arriving in OZ I became a permanent resident. I was searching for greener pastures and found them up here in tropical north Australia.

I live in the outback and work alongside countrymen from all over this rugged land. One fella Victor, recently accompanied me home. It was a trip for an Indigenous Australian to travel across the globe and experience the culture and history of a country which not so long ago colonised his own. He enjoyed the visit and is now one of a few who have made such a trip. Previously he had only left the NT once to visit Australia’s capital, Canberra.
